Single handed set up

Post by samphire2014 »

Has anybody rigged main halyard with downhaul, back to the cockpit for single handed sailing? Some idea of routing and pictures would be great.

Well this silly idiot has re-read the manual and understands how to do it now. However, if anybody has ideas on routing under the spray hood, or keeping this semi-water tight, your thoughts would be appreciated. :)

I have 20mm conduit (with my lines through them) through the lower part of the spray hood. I have wooden blocks that stop water passing under the spreyhood too. These tubes protrude forwards by an inch or so and stop most water coming past. I will get a photo when I am on board next.
