We have just had a sprayhood made by CJ Marine, it fitted first time very well indeed. We upgraded to stainless steel frame & had a set of dodgers made as well. Cost was around 1K.

+1 for C&J Marine...I got a show deal on a sprayhood and stackpack for a grand. Good timing...SIBS is just about to start again!

The sprayhood really is an essential piece of kit in my mind on a small boat, it really does make such a difference to comfort both in the cockpit and below.
