Hi, does anyone know if the crack in my gooseneck can be repaired, or has anyone got one lurking in a shed somewhere?

I suspect it has been there a while, but cannot be sure.

Any suggestions welcome.

A long time ago I worked in the maintenance welding rod industry and a firm called Eutectic had a range of specialist electric welding rods that would cope with variable metals in the part to be repaired, this could an answer.
Good Luck

Has he got anymore?

I have the same gooseneck, my problem is the hole is elongated, oval shape. Needs a new one or a sleeve of some sort
