Hi, I have just bought a Sabre 27 and need to replace the curtain tracks on the windows inside. I have never done this before as it is my first boat. Does anyone have any tips on where to buy from and how to do it? Thanks.

I used plastic coated spring wire with little screw in hooks on each end an little rings screwed into the cabin lining, You can buy a kit of bits from a DIY shop and cut the wire to length. The curtain will need hem top and bottom to have open ends to allow the wire to be threaded through.
I hope you will enjoy your Sabre, they are lovely boats !!!!!

Hi
I used these http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B006 ... ge_o02_s00
They are small enough to use for the main windows.

For curtain tracks, hooks etc google Toomer & Hayter in Poole. Everything you will need and very helpful. Good luck!

As Ianfra says, Swish Furniglyde Curtain Track Set, White, 200 Cm
from Swish.
Yes, these are perfect for the job, have used them on Corsair for more years than I care to remember.
