SOA Photo Gallery Terms & Conditions
- These Terms and Conditions may be changed from time to time without notice.
- In offering images for inclusion in the Gallery the Provider grants the Association a nonexclusive right to copy and display any images provided. In addition the Provider indemnifies the Association and accepts all liability for any permission issue that may arise from a recognizable individual in the image.
- All images provided for inclusion in the Gallery should be copies. The Association will not be responsible for any loss or damage sustained in the use of the images and does not guarantee the return of any material offered.
- Images displayed in the Gallery will be credited by name only of the Provider. Where any description is included the content will be submitted to the Provider for prior approval unless the Provider has already provided the content with the image.
- The Association cannot guarantee that persons visiting the Gallery will not download, copy or use in any way the images offered and will not be liable for any misuse of the images. The copyright of the Provider is as accorded under international copyright law and the Association provides no additional protection to that provided thereby.
