Hi,
Thank you for your reply. I wonder if your son might have anything to add?
Kind regards

Do you agree or should both be done at once? Also, we need to have in mind that battery technology has advance...

Deep cycle charging
From the limited life I am getting, it is clear one or both batteries will need to be changed this winter. Unlike some people who have multiple crew and demands, my needs are limited. However, I recently treated myself to a pair of speakers for the television, which appear to deplete the second batt...

Re: Leaky bottom
Thanks to both of your replies. Yes I do have a greaser, which is used frequently. You have confirmed what I have been putting off for some time. Both web tips are downloaded, so I will look forward to my bed time reading and bilge time!

Re: Sabre wanted
I am considering selling Samphire (1976 Mk2). She is well sorted, new upholstery and carpets, heating, some headlining replaced, newly refreshed heads and rigged for solo sailing. Davits fitted subject to negotiation. Has a new top of the range Kemp genoa, as well as having been copper coated in the...

Re: Genoa dimensions for Mk2 sabre
Thanks, I am currently equipped with 2 Genoa's but frankly the oldest is not much use and the second is not much better. They boast the following dimensions, with yours being in brackets:- Leech 9.40 - 8.76 (9.19) Luff 9.46 - 9.7 (9.45) Foot 4.78 - 4.85 (4.78) As you can see there are some major var...
